I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism back at the beginning of 2001 and up until mid-December, I had been religiously taking my daily meds. My doctor died in a car crash that month and it was literally in the middle of the biggest project in my life….plus I was out of refills and couldn’t get another doc to get me some synthroid.
Finally today, I’ll have some meds.
It’s rough, memory is kinda bad, I’m pissed off and I just don’t have energy. So, I’ve had enough and went to a new doc, got meds and we’ll go from there.
I understand why I need my meds, I really do. Just sometimes life gets a little “off” and you get away from what you need.
